I was under the impression that recieving stolen property was a crime if you know the goods are stolen.

As far as i am aware this is done through a application process and if you're lucky enough to be chosen at random you get tickets.

EXCEPT, by dictat from the EU, the day the tickets go on sale they go on sale to the whole of the EU at the same time.

That is an extra 450 million in the queue for tickets for the London olympics.

None are set aside or any is allocation made for londoners or the british as a whole, the people being forced to pay for the bloody games.

Surely the people hosting the games should get first refusal for tickets to attend for a short time before the rest of the world is allowed to apply.

A little about me...

Firstly and unsurprisingly i am not a rabbit named Norton Folgate.

The name i took from an album by my favourite band Madness about an area of forgotten London and the rabbit picture because it makes me smile.

I am actually an englishman in his mid 40's, born in the south of england.

I am not highly educated but i have seen and done enough to know what is right and fair, i strongly believe in fair play.

I haven't always worked and have claimed benefits, but i have also worked in the same job for 20 years and not many people can say that nowadays.

My politics have always been fluid, never entirely one thing or the other, a sort of working class union man / middle class little englander combination, although in recent years my dissatisfaction with the whole cosy club of british politics has me grasping at straws with UKIP.

As has been pointed out to me what i lack in eloquence i make up for with swearing, well sometimes in my frustration with events it just seems fitting to get sweary.

As i have gotten older and watched the country going down the toilet i have felt frustration and exasperation and mounting fury at my inability to ever do anything about it.

I have no real meaningful political choice and short of re-enacting Guy Fawkes can make no real difference, so i rant away on my little blog like a dog barking at the night.

I find myself increasing often visiting nostalgia websites for the sights and sounds of my youth, just for glimpses of times gone by where life was just simpler.

I find myself yearning for a life i've never known, living a simple life in an idyllic english village that has remained unchanged by the passage of time, i want to go live in the 1950's.

The scientist says that his pals wouldn't fake anything and says the emails are being used for character assassination, then complains the american is too loud when he reponds, he was talking loud but he was also on a satellite link so may not have realised.

Halfway through the american taking his turn to speak the scientist decided he doesn't like what he is hearing literally tells the american to shut up.

At the end of the interview as the host was winding up saying her thanks the so called scientist calls the amercan guest speaker an asshole.
